Property Guardian Protection selected 12 guardians for the building from our property guardian community .All of our guardians are professional people over the age of 23 and have previously been guardians at other properties.

The property guardians in Westminster include a civil servant, theatre producer, interior designer and fashion stylist. They have lots of communal space for creative and leisure pursuits which means they spend a lot of time at the property.
